How I Ended Years Of Back Pain
In my twenties, I read a book instead of having a surgery.
That same book lead to:
The end of over five years of chronic pain
Saving thousands of dollars in treatments
A new understanding of how emotions were pulling levers I didn’t know existed

The best part? I didn’t have to do have surgery.
I simply read a book, and followed the instructions.
What does this have to do with business? Lower back pain is the leading cause of missed work, just behind the common cold.
Also - I’ve gifted this book to more work colleagues with some kind of chronic pain more than any business book.
